Before it could be replaced, everything had to be removed -- four layers of rotted, previously laid flooring, including two that were tiles, all the way down to and including the subflooring. Angel and his workers were absolute gentlemen, friendly and cheerful, in spite of the nastiness of the job. And when they were finished, they left everything spotless and completed to our satisfaction in every way. The price was reasonable, especially considering the difficulties that arose: trying to find a rare type of flooring that I wanted, a Jacuzzi tub with a broken skirt, and the need for specialized molding to complete the job and leave it looking seamless and professional. I couldn't recommend a company more than Magic Improvement. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again as they showed they can do far more than floors, including paint, plumbing, and carpentry. "Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! EXCELLENT PRICE. Excellent job. I plan on hiring him again for my basement floors. "
