Get matched with top wood flooring installation pros in Portage, MI

"This crew did an excellent job. The floors look amazing. They got the job done in less time than I expected, it only took them a day and a half to do three bedrooms and a hallway and the living room. They were very friendly and trustworthy as well. They cleaned up after themselves and move my furniture back to the proper places. They even let my dog out several times throughout the day for me since I was at work. I would recommend them and will use them again for a future floor installations."

""We were very pleased to work with the owners of FCI Kalamazoo on the installation of a new kitchen floor. Kate Mikailova was very helpful and professional during planning and scheduling. The installation of the flooring in our older home was challenging and Alex Mikailov was meticulous in the completion. Communication with both was excellent.""

"It went well. I was really impressed by Chris and his guys. They do high quality work. They communicated well, were friendly and professional. It was a great experience and investment. My floors are beautiful! I highly recommend Creekview Wood Floors!"

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."

"They did sand, but I noticed that many of the scratches that were there before the sanding were still there after. When I questioned them, I was told that they couldn't remove them without completely sanding the floors down to the bare wood. When the finish was being applied I asked that they use a satin finish to match the living room floor (which butts up to the dining area). They insisted that my finish was semi-gloss. When the finish dried, it was indeed different.  Lastly, when they arrived to do the work, I was told that in order to have the floor completely sealed they would have to put on 2 coats, which cost me another $78. Not told this previous to the work being done. The deal that I had purchased, was more expensive than advertised."

"The repairs went well, the quality was great. The repeated calls to actually get them to show up was very unprofessional. I will not hire them again."
