"Our roof was at least 15 year old and it had been over 5 years since our last inspection so we had Richard come out and see if any work was indicated. He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! Will definitely have him back."

"I cannot say enough good things about A&W Restoration. They were professional, informative, responsive, and extremely helpful/patient, they answered all of my questions (there were many I might add). They demonstrate a high quality of workmanship; we are thrilled with the final product (roof repair/replacement and gutter replacement). I would highly recommend A&W Restoration, and will continue to utilize their services in the future."

"I got Tesson's name from my local insurance agent so I decided to get a bid from them. I was able to schedule an appointment to review the work pretty quickly and Shawn showed up as scheduled. We walked through the scope of work from the insurance estimate and then he took additional time to gather his measurements and details. A couple of days later I got a call from Shawn and another more experienced estimator from his company to discuss the bid that they were still working on. This felt like a very high pressure sales pitch in which they wanted me to sign a contract with them before I even saw their proposal so that they could negotiate directly with the insurance company to get more money from them. They were making claims that the insurance company left out significant portions of scope for the job, but when I asked them to detail those on the bid so that I could negotiate with the insurance company, they failed to follow through. I was extremely turned off by this high pressure tactic since I wasn't intimidated by working with the insurance company on the estimate as I had already been doing so. I already had other bids that were in line with the insurance estimate and was looking for 1 more to be sure all the bases were covered. If you are looking for a company to handle the job totally for you and you are happy to just sit on the sidelines and let someone else run the show and you don't have to get involved at all, they might be a good option. However, if you want to be involved in how your insurance claim is being handled then they don't seem to be a good choice. Once I eventually got their bid, it did exceed the insurance estimate, but they neglected to detail what line items they thought the insurance company missed. They only included the roof replacement and gutter repairs in their estimate. They neglected to even bid on the other parts of the insurance claim such as fascia and window screens."

"Excellent friendly next day service following my initial call to inspect & replace damaged roof shingles. They even secured materials ahead of time & arrived on time at my address. Very pleased with their work and you will be too! The cost of the repair was more than fair, no where close to the $500 minimum that other roof repair businesses were attempting to quote me over the phone."

"Great communication. Shingle repair done quickly. Would highly recommend them."

"Recently, I needed my house roof, gutter, and siding replaced due to a hail storm. I am so happy that I hired WCC Roofing Co. to do the job. They did an excellent job on my roof, gutters, and siding. The entire crew were all very respectful of us and our property. The entire process of cost estimation, replacement, and final inspection of the finished project happened in a very timely and organized fashion. But the treasure in all of these is the project manager, James Berry. He was in constant communication with me throughout the project. Every time I call or send him a text or email, he will respond right away.He kept me informed of what is going to happen on each step of the project. He meets my demands and puts customer satisfaction first. I told James that my family and I are going to be out of town for a month and I wanted the project done before we go. He did it! I had and will continue to recommend WCC Roofing Co. to my friends, family, and anyone who would need their roof replaced."

"From A to Z, Start to Finish (and beyond) this company and the people involved in my roof repair were nothing short of remarkable. Nathan Snyder was my sales rep and was Fantastic. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate, no hard pressure sales. He just simply stated facts easily to understand and was with me by follow up throughout the entire process. He sent a stand in to meet with the Insurance agent who was INCREDIBLE, Dillon. I really liked the was in which he spoke to and treated the insurance agent, very kind and very considerate. They worked in partnership easily. I also has the opportunity to meet the owner of the company this day--how great that he took the time to introduce himself. Dillon and Nathan went way beyond to find just the right type and color roofing that I wanted (not n their books, so they were able to obtain what I wanted) How many company's extend themself in this manner? The day of install was done by a very competent, efficient, and friendly crew--after they left you would never know they had been there, other than the wonderful new roof! (which neighbors have already raved about) Thanks to Blue Ladder Roofing.--I will be telling everybody THIS is the only company you should use."
