"I called Penniston Fence to get 1 of 3 bids & Tim came out that week. He was very helpful on where to place this strip of fencing so I could block as much of their house as possible. He recommenced a tan vinyl fence to match my siding. He explained vinyl was much less maintenance since I live alone. His bid was very competitive so I went with him. Tim was very low sales pressure.The other 2 companies wanted me to sign "right now"! Within a few weeks my vinyl fence was ordered and installed. Overall the final product looks good. pressure washed entire house and stained.   Chris was easy to deal with and professional

initially stated the any boards/caulk needing replacement  would also be taken care of, that didn't really happen.  also windows and light fixtures weren't protected.  have some over spray on at least one fixture and a couple of windows.  will probably find more.
