"I hired Prado Gardens to clean the gutters around my house. I appreciated how transparent Prado was with the cost of their services even on our very first phone call. They came out to take a look at the site and confirm the quote they gave me over the phone and were here the next day to complete the work. The entire team worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job in a very short amount of time. The team was fair and pleasant to deal with and Iâ ve already scheduled them to come back again for another project. Would definitely recommend."

Rain Gutters, Rain Gutter Leaf Protection
"Mason was prompt. Arrived when he said he would for the quote and the project. He was courteous well explaining any issues. His price was fair for our rural community. He had the appropriate tools to complete the cleaning. The back of my house is quite high. He corrected a few angles that had caused overflows and also made sure the downspouts were clear and running freely. And he cleaned up without leaving any debris around the foundation. I welcome him to the lakes region. And would use him again. I highly recommend him for your gutter projects."

"Sean was very responsive and provided me with many pictures to illustrate the problem with my gutters after he removed the leaf guards. He spent time explaining what he found and how to remedy the issues. I had reached out to numerous companies and most didn't return my calls so I was quite pleased that Sean was able to get this job done immediately. He also placed a few downspouts that were missing and repaired some of the trim. I would hire him again."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
