"Exceptional! Outstanding! I posted the review below in February when Derrick from K9Keepers came and installed my DogWatch hidden fence. It was the dead of winter then, though, so they could only pin the wire to the ground, with the promise of coming back in the spring to bury the wire. So I wanted to update my review to further illustrate just how good of a company K9Keepers is. As promised, Rachael from K9Keepers called in early April to schedule an appointment for them to come and bury the wire. We set up the time for April 28th at 9am. The day arrived, and Derrick was right on time (ok, full disclosure, Derrick pointed out that it was 9:06 when he got there, but I think most anyone would count less than 10 minutes as 'on-time'). Derrick and his assistant got down to business and got the wire buried quickly and efficiently. As usual, there was GENUINE friendly and professional service. I couldn't be happier with my purchase - it has worked so well with my dog, and it has given my wife and I such peace of mind. And I am especially pleased that I went through DogWatch by K9 Keeper Fencing with Derrick and Rachael Woiderski! Thank you!! Original posting from February, 2017: If there were more stars, Derrick would get them. I had a hidden fence in my previous home about 10 years ago (I believe it was Pet Safe Pro), so I knew I wanted another one. I had Derrick come out and take a look at my property, and he was RIGHT on time to the minute!! I had an idea of what I wanted, but discussion with Derrick gave me different approaches that I hadn't thought of before. I'm retired from the Air Force, and I've had my own business, so I have a lot of respect for honesty, integrity, timeliness and quality, and I don't much care for the 'salesman' type thing. It simply didn't feel that way with Derrick - I could tell...no, I could FEEL that he believed in his product and business. Well, we obviously came to an agreement and we set up a time for him to come and install the fence, which was today. And before I get into the installation, I'm sure people would want to know about pricing. I did my due diligence and checked out other companies as well before just going to DogWatch, and Derrick's prices beat the competition, as well as the batteries and lifetime warranties on the products. AND, I'm able to make any kind of adjustments to the strength of the signal that I deem is necessary; other companies make you call them to come out to make any adjustments. I get that from a pet protection perspective, but I (and I think the VAST majority of people) love their pets and wouldn't do anything to harm them - otherwise, why spend the money on a hidden fence, right? So I want that control. Dogwatch gives me that. So, on to the installation day, today. Again, EXACTLY on time. 9:00am he pulled into my driveway. We reviewed what was to be done, and Derrick got down to work. It only took a few hours, which included going under a sidewalk and cutting across a driveway. After installation, Derrick spent a good amount of time going over everything with me. Even though I've had a hidden fence before; he wanted to make sure I understood their product. Then we brought out Riley (my dog's name is Riley...Riley Coyote Super Genius...if you like cartoons and remember Coyote and Road Runner, then you get it.). Derrick spent a lot of time (and snacks) to get Riley to start to understand the flags, keeping things at the lowest possible setting to get Riley to understand something is there, but not hurt her. It was obvious that he cared about getting this right! My pup started to catch on very quickly. I will need to continue to work with her, but she's a smart girl and will learn fast. I know I've written a lot, and I hope people read this, but the product, the pricing, the installation, the training, the service, the overall experience with this was just plain WORTH IT! "Quote was provided via telephone based on my measurements; I had them come out and measure and look at location of gates.  Written estimate was provided via email in a timely manner.  They ordered supplies as soon as I sent in deposit.   They were able to hold off on the job while I had some other work completed in the area where the fencing was to be installed.  They kept in touch via email on the status of completion of that job so that they could schedule my job. <br /> Once scheduled, they arrived on the date and time that they stated.  Work was done in a professional and efficient manner.  I had a fenced yard within a week.  They put a gate on backwards but they came out and fixed right away along with a post that we bent when we accidentally hit it with tractor mower. <br /> All in all, very pleased with my experience with Spartan Fence! <br />"

"We got several quotes and decided to go with Clery because of their reputation. They were not the best price but we felt they would do a good job. After deciding to go with them we called the office to get it scheduled, at that time we were told they were a little behind and would not be able to start the job for a month. We were disappointed but said ok. A month went by and we had not had any work done nor been contacted by the office with a start date ( they had said they would call a week before starting the job). After another week went by (5 since paying for half the job) I called the office and inquired as to what the status was. I was then told that they would be out the next week, I got the impression that had I not called my job would not have been scheduled. The workers came out and seemed nice enough. They started by digging the holes for the posts which took them 3 days. Since the guys putting the fence up don't to any of the scheduling they had no idea when they would be back to set the posts. Luckily they were back the next day to start. Setting all the posts took another 3 days! We were told that the posts needed to set for a couple of days and then they would start the pannels. Well over a week later ( again I had to call the office) they came back to start the pannels. This process took over 3 days as they did not have all the needed material. Once the pannels were done we had to wait again for the gates to be done because they did not have the required hardware. Again I had to call the office to get information. Over all the job took more than 2 months from quote to completion, also their communition leaves a lot to be desired. The fence looks great but with the amount of money I spent I expected a more professional experience with the office and scheduling. <br /> <br /> I want to to make sure that I am clear the fence is very nice and looks great so the quality is there. I just feel that their office people need to stay more on top of the projects. Clery is a very big company, they just seem to need a bit of help staying on top of contacting customers."

"John does a great job. His wood is well seasoned and excellently cut. I've used J and J Hardwoods for a lot of years. A wide verity of species of wood available. Generally I get the 'Mixed Hardwoods'. He'll stack it for you, but I stack my own. I don't remember the price, but I don't get sticker shock. I'm going to order a cord right now! <br />"

"Lee showed up and gave us a quote, indicating that it would probably be 1.5 months until he would be able to get it done.  Around a month later he called and said they would be out hopefully the next Monday, and he and his crew were out working by 11am that Monday.  Nearly all of the posts were set that first day, and I think they were working for 3 days total.  Everything went smoothly and we were very happy with everything.  We've received numerous compliments on how nice the fence looks too! <br />"

"Tim came out several times to meet the tree trimmers, to review things with me, to set posts, etc. there were some delays due to weather, but the fence was put in and looks good. Mid project I had changed the location of a gate and tim took care of it. I also decided after the fence was put it in that I needed another gate.
