"We hired Phoenix to remove our old wood fence and replace it. I had to get a fence permit and they worked directly with the City to do that. Phoenix were professional and did a great job. Our fence is the nicest in the neighborhood and we had the work done at a fair price. "

"Absolutely avoid Outdoor Equity Construction and its owner, Vaughn. He makes promise after promise and never delivers. After taking a sizable deposit for our patio cover, I had to constantly chase him for months just to get updates. What was promised to take 60?90 days ended up dragging on for nearly 9 months. When the work was finally completed, it was done incorrectly ? and now Vaughn refuses to return calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VAUGHN OR OUTDOOR EQUITY CONSTRUCTION."
