"It is so hard to find a good handyman these days that I was conflicted on giving a good review, but, in the end, the better angels of my nature won out. Jim sets the standard for service. Jim carried out the work he said he would perform within the budget he estimated, and when he said it would be done and the repairs are of good quality. In addition, he did a great job coordinating with the tenants, the cost was reasonable and I appreciated his recommending deferring some of the work until after the rainy season. He is pretty busy, not surprisingly, so he could not schedule some of the work until 6 weeks out. However, I appreciate that he has a realistic grasp of the demands on his time and, consequently, he does not overcommit. This permits him to keep to the schedule he gives you and it makes him reliable. Jim makes it look so easy which makes me wonder why on earth it is so hard for others to provide similar service. We will be using him again in the future."
