"Without a hitch. Speedy work with excellent results."

"I was not completely happy with them. As I was not happy with the work I felt that it was too expensive. I think that the price was pretty high but it was not something that I thought twice about. As it was a rental home I wasn’t told how the work was done and was told only next time when I had to have a repair made. When I went in there I saw the hole in the drywall in the bathroom and it was stuffed with newspaper which I would never do. So the way it was done was not professional. I think I could do a better job in fixing drywall hole. I thought I explained it really well with the dryer vents that I wanted to have it as short as possible. I wanted the hole where the hole comes out of the machine and instead it was a stackable washer and dryer with the dryer on top as it would be in the apartments and instead they had made the hole all the way the floor. So it made a very long dryer vent pipe which had risk of burning. I was not happy with that and the only thing was that it was done on time."

"I hired Alan to replace a badly deteriorated garage floor and to install a parking pad next to the garage off an alley. When he came to the site to give the estimate he also pointed out some failed mortar joints and significant stair-step cracking along the rear wall. In all, he and his crew repaired multiple sections of old mortar and replaced a rusty lintel; removed the old concrete garage floor; prepared the garage and exterior parking pad, removing dirt and a tree; formed up the new 18x18 garage floor and 20x20 parking pad, with a 4' apron; and poured the new concrete with appropriate finishes. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Alan and his crew were a delight to work with. He clearly communicated changes in plans to work around weather and set expectations on scheduling and how long it would be before the concrete would be ready to be parked on. The site was left clean and neat at the end of each day, and the substantial, unavoidable disruption of the alley was repaired at the end of each day to make it presentable and drivable. No damage was done to my property or neighboring properties. I expected the initial estimate to be significantly higher, yet Alan committed to it, and the only small changes were due to additional work I requested while they were there. I could not be happier with how this project came together, and Alan was a delight to work with. I have several other smaller projects planned over the next few years and hope I'll be able to use him for those, as well!"

"I gave an A rating, despite some bumps on the scheduling. The A rating was earned by Danny and the work he did to get the various new light fixtures installed, both inside and outside. We have more fixtures to be installed, and we will have Danny back to finish the job."

"George did an excellent job screening in our large back porch. It wasn't an easy task – he and his team were working with multiple surfaces and materials, unusually large window openings, and some unexpected shortages of supplies due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, George consistently communicated to ask our opinion on several aspects of the project to ensure it met our expectations, including when a screen door was unworkable (due to no fault of his), he quickly procured an alternative and installed the next day. George brought levity and attention to detail to the project, working to make sure everything was accomplished for maximum function and beauty. All this, and the project was completed for a very reasonable price. I would recommend George to anyone looking for a creative, affordable solution to summer mosquitos and maximizing your enjoyment of your outdoor space."
