It is in decent shape, but we wanted to do a lot of work to turn it into our dream house. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him.
