"I don’t know if they’re good at their professional services or not, but their truck pulled out right in front of me on the highway and I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting them. Then they continue to go 10 miles under the speed limit. Even though their hazard lights were on, not all of their hazard lights even worked and it doesn’t give them the right to potentially cause an accident. If their road safety is any indication of their work safety, I would never hire them."

"Excellent response for consultation! Very professional and courteous. Did a great job trimming the trees, but there was a total disconnect between my expectations on the tree removal and what I actually received! They merely cut the two trees off at the ground, which was something I could have done myself!! When questioned about the "removal" part, the response was, "this is how we always do it", which did nothing for me! During the consultation we had discussed that I wanted to replace the two trees that were to be removed with new trees and the consultant had been so kind as to refer me to a landscape company that could assist with making a better selection for the location. So, how do you replace a tree with the stump and the roots still in the ground?? Guess this was just an educational experience for me - to ask for better definition of what "removing" a tree means before actually having the work done!! And they advertise that they do tree "removal". Just wonder if that ever really means R E M O V A L!! I really liked these guys, so I am sad to have had such a poor experience!!"
