I’m a grown guy and enjoy taking a hot bath once in a while (especially since I don’t have a hot tub), so I hired Mr. T to replace it. Along with the new tub came several design decisions—shower surround, curtain versus door, and overall look. I chose tiled walls with a curtain closure and told him I was looking for a warm blue/gray color scheme with some kind of trim. From that simple direction, he created what you see in the photos. I honestly never imagined it would turn out this good for the price I paid. He also installed new lighting where none existed before and tied it into the steam fan, which was a great upgrade. It’s clear that he takes real pride in his work. I’m a picky customer and pointed out a few minor imperfections at the end of the job, and he addressed them cheerfully and without hesitation. "

"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."
