Some just overlift because of lack of experience, but some of the larger companys create most of our work. Once they overlift a concrete slab on the perimeter its only a matter of time before the home owner calls that same company back and the they submit an estimate between 10 and 25K for underslab tunneling. Its funny when the company with the most ribbons has all the complaints from the BBB for the year and yet they get the best of the best ribbon for that year. The company gets a form to fill out from the local news paper and then they judge themselves and they put a ribbon in their ad saying they are the best of the best for that year.
