"I don't normally give bad recommendations, especially for a company that is obviously quite skilled at what they do but boy, do they need help in the customer service department. When I called for an initial quote, I had to call a couple of times to get an appointment for a quote. Julian came out, very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. He took measurements saying I'd get a quote in a couple of days. Called him a week or two later to check status, no answer; called office to check status, he called back and I finally got a quote. Hired Meza...the work was done well, workers were professional and courteous, the two decks look great and Julian, like I said, was pleasant to work with even tho initially slow to respond. After the decks were done, I decided to have more work done and Julian encouraged me to call back as soon as I was ready to have that work done, so I did...one ramp was a bit shorter than I wanted (slope is too steep for old people), decided to have rails put around the large deck plus continue the redwood walkway down the side of the house and add a larger planter box. Took a couple of phone calls to get Julian back out, but I figured they were busy catching up from having been shutdown because of covid. when we finally connected, he came out and again took measurements and promised a quote. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing. Called the office, they promised Julian would call me back the next day and nothing. A couple of weeks later, 2nd call, again promised Julian would call and nothing. A couple of more weeks, 3rd call, this time no answer at all so left a message asking to please hear from someone...it's now been 2 months since he came out to measure and still nothing. Obviously they don't want or need my business so I'll have to find someone else to do the rails, etc. And next year when I replace the fence around my backyard, I won't be calling them. I also went back to 2 people I had recommended them to and suggested they find someone else which is really too bad because they did do really good work but their lack of response is very discouraging."

We needed to have our aging fence replaced on one side of the house, and all along the rear of the house, along with some minor repairs of the fence on the other side of the house. Tim Garcia, the owner, met with us to go over what was needed and provided a detailed written estimate, which included the 15% off. After my wife and I made the decision to go with FencePro, we called and set a date for the work to begin. We were contacted by them asking if they could start a day earlier, which happened to work with our schedule. The workers showed up on time and had the demolition work completed in a matter of a few hours. They set the posts and stringers in the same day. The next day the came and installed the entire fence along with a gate and were done by the end of the work day. The job called for them to stain the fence and I was to provide the stain. I have the 10 gallons of stain Tim suggested I purchase and 4 men showed up the final day and had two coats of stain applied by 2 p.m. The job looks great, and the team worked together really hard. I found them and Tim easy to work with even when there was a minor change in about 16 feet of fencing which we wanted to be 8 ft instead of 6 ft. "If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows, 
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!

"I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. His work is excellent in every respect.

-I received a fair and honest quote from Michael and chose to use his company (it was the middle of 3 quotes I solicited...ALL were higher than I anticipated).
-My house had not been properly painted in decades and needed a lot of preparation prior to the actual painting.  Michael's primary painter, Pedro, did a phenomenal job preparing my house for the actual paint job.  My house is about 1100 sq. feet and Pedro worked steadily for 3 solid weeks power-washing, hand-sanding, caulking and sealing my house.  I was not in a hurry to have the paint job done (after ALL these years) so I appreciated the time and care Pedro took with my house.  Michael asked if I preferred to have Pedro work alone of if I wanted a larger crew.  I really appreciated the work Pedro was doing and chose to simply let him take the time to do the job correctly.
-Pedro took great care every day to collect and remove any debris/old paint that was removed from my house.  This was important to me as I have a dog that could have ingested old paint etc. 
-After all the preparation the house was primed and painted.  Michael was very helpful with color suggestions.  I am 100% pleased with the colors I selected.
-I also chose to paint my door.  The first attempt was less than stellar so we decided on a different approach which worked beautifully.  I enjoy the pop of color on my door every time I come home  :)
-After all the work was done I took a couple of days to check out the house and make sure I was absolutely pleased with the final product.  I had a couple of small changes I wanted to make, discussed them with Michael and then they went ahead and did them.  Michael also suggested some final detail work. 
-I was/am 100% pleased with the work that was completed.  It is clear that customer satisfaction is important to Michael.  He is easy to communicate and talk to.
