"Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!"

"Great service and quick. Plumber was very knowledgeable. Only negative was the appointment schedule. I was told between 1pm and 2pm but the plumber didn t arrive until 4pm. I think the dispatcher or owner needs to work on how to schedule clients. Plumber for me has no fault in that."

"Sergio and his team came to our rescue after we had our water heater shut off by PG&E for a safety issue. We received a detailed estimate after a thorough evaluation. Sergio provided us a range of options and patiently answered all our questions. We decided to also fix other issues we'd been considering and we were provided with a fair estimate for completing all the work at once. We agreed to also install a pressure regulating valve and a home filtration system. The Tankless Guys team was punctual on the day we began the work. They did the best they could to minimize disruptions, letting us know when we would have a water interruption and returning it as soon as possible. I was impressed by their professionalism, communication throughout the project, and attention to detail. They took their time to clean up the area they were working on at the end of the day, covering potential hazards and marking them off, and organizing the space to begin the next day. The team did uncover a couple of issues in our older home, which caused the project to take a little longer. They did not cut corners - Sergio, Daniel and Ray took their time to fix the issues so the installations could be installed properly and up to code, and to avoid other problems in the future. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the peace of mind that our home is safe again. It was a pleasure to work with the Tankless Guys! "Had leak overnight under BR sink and Chandler was 1st responder. Came out very quickly to repair/repair. Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers! Mario left quite a mess behind in my bathroom for me to clean up (toilet area from seal replacement)."

"Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. "I called for an analysis and estimate on a Fri. morning. Marco (owner) came that afternoon. I'd had two other estimates for replacement of under house pipes for sewer system and the pipe from the house to the street. Marco told me that I didn't need to replace the under house pipes, that they would be good for the next 10 years. The job was done the next morning. Six men did a trenchless removal and replacement of the pipe to the street (main sewer line), which was original from 1954, and updated the cleanout so that it's now two way. Tomas, Jose and Dorian were three of the repairmen. Everyone was polite and efficient. I can't evaluate the actual repair, but I found this company on Yelp. I chose Marco because of the high number of 5 star reviews. He saved me thousands in apparently unneeded pipe repair. He has been in business for 20 years. We did negotiate over the cost, and I feel that the ultimate cost was reasonable and fair."
