He installed a new service door to our garage, he installed new screen doors, he removed the drop ceiling and put in drywall in our rental's kitchen. He painted our walls going upstairs that was too high for us to reach and also the entire kitchen at our rental, including the ceiling. He also fixed an outdoor light for us and we love the transformation of that dated kitchen with the removal of the drop ceiling, plaster and paneling, and leveling of the floor. The room started leaking not long after it was installed, and instead of taking responsibility, they’ve been quick to place blame on everything but their poor craftsmanship. They’ve pointed fingers at my roof, the nails, and even the shingles—completely unrelated issues—just to avoid admitting fault. To make matters worse, their responsiveness has been appalling. It took months of relentless calls and emails just to get them to show up and inspect the issue. When they finally did, their solution was to deflect yet again rather than address the real problem. The entire experience has been frustrating and disheartening. If you’re considering working with this company, think twice. I wouldn’t wish this kind of stress and disappointment on anyone."
