"Took the job based on the scope and two-day timeline discussed during negotiation for drywall repair and reinforcing the ceiling. The workload was far too much for one person and ultimately took seven days to complete. The scope of work was significantly underestimated, and due to unrealistic expectations, portions of the drywall repair and ceiling reinforcement now need to be redone."
