"These guys were amazeing, 10000 /10!!! They were kind and pacient and cleaned my Carpets better than they've been done in YEARS! they even helped meet my budget! They also moved my living room furnature, extra cleaned my art studio, AND they even helped me put my curtains back up because they were a bit heavy for me while they were there. They didnt have to do any of that extra stuff, but they did. They went above and beyond for me and i love them for it! I apriciated the heck out of it! I'll be comeing to them exclusively from now on if I need any cleaning done agian in the future. "

"My carpets and furniture were a real challenge having been soiled by many generations of fostered kittens and cats. Mike (the owner of Carpet Medic) was prompt, professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable in detailing available services and making recommendations for the most effective carpet and upholstery treatments for my badly soiled carpet and upholstery. He left all decisions up to me (no “hard sell” tactics) and I was totally impressed by the results. When he was done, not only was all the soiled carpet and yucky upholstery pristinely clean but it smelled great for months. Highly recommend!!"

"We bought a lovely Prius Hybrid at CarMax.  Between the test drive and closing, a scattering of multiple holes in various sizes and depths (some right through the fabric) appeared in the car in the fabric upholstery.  Several were on the driver seat back, one was on the Drivers seat near the door and one on the opposite arm rest.  They looked melted or perhaps burned (though the edges were not blackened) and they were of varying depths in the light grey fabric, some completely through the material.   It was very mysterious and made us sad because the car was otherwise very clean and we are always very aware of the state of the driver's seat in our vehicles and maintain clean cars.  We considered backing out of the deal and looking for another car. <br /> When we showed them the problem CarMax asked us to allow them to have the seat repaired. The said they were calling in Dr Vinyl, made an appointment for the next day and we brought the car in.  Two technicians from Dr Vinyl examined the damage with us and discussed what they could do.  They said the repair would blend in well and would last well.  They worked for more than an hour on the car.  <br /> Only time will tell about the durability, but we are pleased with the looks of the repair.  It's hard to get colors to match exactly in upholstery that has a nap, and of course, the texture applied to a patch is not going to look quite the same because plastic is not  fabric.  However, they did a good job.  The multiple patched areas are very close in color and the texture is acceptable. We are pleased with how the seat looks.  Our eyes are no longer drawn to the repaired areas.  The passenger armrest repair (which was very deep) is virtually invisible and the other repairs appear like faint marks. <br /> Because CarMax paid Dr Vinyl for the repair we don't know the cost, (I put $1.00 because Angie's list requires an amount in that field, but we actually paid nothing; I do not know what Carmax paid Dr Vinyl.) <br /> Due to the repairs made swiftly and capably by the Dr Vinyl technicians we decided to keep the car we loved.  Should something else happen to the upholstery of our Prius that we cannot handle, we will Call Dr Vinyl with confidence. <br />"
