I was so happy with this experience that I told the owner, David, to please give my phone number to anyone considering his services as I would be happy to serve as a personal reference. My aging condo complex is five units with two stories of Spanish Tiles, multiple custom skylights that were leaking, and a tremendous amount of rotted wood. I interviewed 11 companies over six months to gather as much information as possible on a subject I knew nothing about. This was such a big job that I wanted to make sure I gathered as much information as I could. The amount of meetings and research I did can be measured not in hours, but in days. "Great company to work with. The owner Steve was very professional, and attentive to all my roofing needs. His workers are hard working individuals and very meticulous. The tear down took 3.5 hours. That was crazy fast. The next day they where on the roof and replacing the fascia board. Before I new it, they were laying the black paper an installing the Presidential Shake TL. What a awesome job they did. I was so blown away how efficiently they worked and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Roofs. They are a perfect 10 in my book or a 5 Star company. They are a force to be reckoned with."

"I had a good experience with DENNIS COOK Roofing. We went back and forth on an agreement to give me a fair price that included everything I was interested in. In addition to re-roofing my home, they were also able to enclose an open atrium, remove and reinstall my solar and install new gutters. They have awesome equipment to work fast and efficient. Something I really appreciated was the office staff keeping in touch with me throughout the project, sending me links to pictures they were taking of everything each day as the job progressed. The supervisor also texted me with a good recommendation to provide two skylights instead of the original plan to install just one. It worked out really well and didn't cost me extra. They matched the paint perfectly on the new fascia and shiplap on the eaves. My new roof looks great!"

"Incredible. Best Rate was recommended by our gutter contractor as the best company to fix our damaged fascia and shadow boards in advance of having our gutters installed. Best Rate's estimator, Don, was honest and realistic about the repairs needed. His bid was fair and transparent in pricing. The friendly crew was prompt, professional and completed the project on time. After the job was completed, my wife and I noticed a small issue. I contacted the office, and they send out a crew first thing the next morning. That repair was expertly completed with a smile. We could not be happier with the final result and the entire Best Rate team. Highly recommended!"

"The roof was first replaced end of September 2020. The end result was sloppy as they used pieces of the granulated torch down cap sheet. There was black tar all over with footprints and other areas of a pinkish color and white material in certain areas. It was also discussed about the water pooling around the skylights after it rains. The problem wasn't solved on the first reroof or the second time around. (November 2020) And we were charged an extra $2,000 for plywood and 2x6's to lift that area. It just rained and it's a pool of water again. So that was just a waste of our money. Overall the cap sheet looks much better on the second reroof as they went from side to side with long rolls instead of using the scraps from other jobs. They also ran into our garage with their debris truck along with scraping the side of the exterior garage wall with the plywood. And dIdn't clean up well either. It was a very unpleasant experience and we would not recommend using this company."

"I've been thinking of installing solar for quite sometime on our home and after numerous companies giving me quotes, I decided to go with Tesla. I thought that Tesla was the elite of solar based on their ads and promotions. After going through all but installing the solar panels, Tesla informed me that our roof needed work and that it would cost $9000 to repair the roof so that they can install solar panels. I was disappointed until I heard of Sun Lux over the radio being a roofer also. This was to test if I really needed a new roof. Sun Lux gave me a higher production of energy than Tesla and said I didn't need a new roof! They had several options on financing and leasing that made sense. I pulled the trigger and had them install solar. They assign you a Project coordinator that communicates with you throughout the process and Emma (my project coordinator) gave me the white glove treatment. She was always available. She took care of everything. What more can I ask for? I highly recommend Sun Lux even though I own a Tesla."

"I recommend Mark Anthony Construction and Roofing without reservation. They did an awesome job end to end on my roof. They have exceeded our expectations. I am an engineer by training, a former VP of a larger company, and now have my own consulting firm. I expect quality, value and service. I am thorough and meticulous in making big decisions. First, I used Angie's List and Yelp to find the best recommended roofers. Mark Anthony Construction and Roofing came highly recommended. Mark Anthony came to my home prepared and explained how his company does business, how they stand behind their work, options in roofing products and what to look for when evaluating roofers. He answered all my questions (there were many) as I have to understand something to make a big decision. There was no rushing or glossing through any issue. We set a date for the installation but asked to get in earlier if he had a change in his schedule. We were able to move it ahead of Thanksgiving (3 weeks earlier) instead of December which made it much better for us. One of the impressive things to me was how punctual and focused the whole crew was. There was a foreman for the old roof removal and one for the installation. Both were communicative about what they were doing along the way and what we were to expect. I had five other estimates. Three were higher and two were lower. Two of the higher quotes came after a some hand waving, fast talking and in some cases, adding features that were unnecessary (they could not back up with good reasoning). I had two quotes that were lower by a couple of thousand but it was clear that I would not get the same level of product, guarantees or my confidence in them to do a quality job. Not close. They glossed through the entire interview and just ball parked a price. I knew I was in for extras if they did the work. In my view, none of the other companies could compete on the value that I was getting from Mark Anthony. They were able to do the work earlier than estimated, faster than expected, showed exceptional quality and skill, and all for the price estimated."
