The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question. "Excellent. David was very efficient at getting me quickly scheduled for the installation of the film and once at our home, he and his assistant neatly finished the job in only a few hours. He is truly an expert in this kind of work and is very meticulous. The film works great keeping out UV and heat rays and allows our home to stay full of sunshine throughout the day without damaging furniture, wall hangings, rugs etc. or adding to the AC load. Very happy with the film and David's work."

It started with Bryan and Mark at the intial project planning where they were able to explain to me the differences in style of sliding doors and walk me through exactly different budgeting aspects of the project all the way to when the project was getting executed with Jordan (Project Manager) and all of the subcontracts they had to come help, plumper, electrician, and drywall. They were extremely helpful, responsive and took care of everything. I could not be happier with project went or how it turned out."
