"Rene is a total rip off. Paid top dollar for a snap lock standing seam metal roof. The whole process was a nightmare. 2 years after installation the whole roof top has been banging with drip edge lifting 2-3 inches on all sides. Facia is blowing off due to nails pulling out and not a single drop of adhesive or silicon. Soffit has blown off in multiple locations and all surface are warping. Beware he does not stand by his work even with written guarantee of all materials and workmanship. His words are nothing but lies "

Also, our house had a back exterior wall on the second level that we noticed was bulging out and away from the house frame but thanks to Manuel the problem was corrected, fixed and resolved and I was able to get a good night sleep and peace of mind, thank you Manuel! "this place SUCKS Chase from king came to the house spent 15 min here telling me the whole time how amazing they are and dropping names and jobs they did .. told me 3 days ago ill have an estmate in 2 days, then calls me on day 3 to tell me ill have it at 6pm, then tells me ill call you on day 4 to go over it .. bro i dont need you to call me to go over it i need you to actually email and send it so i can review it then tells me how amazing they are and they stand for quality and service this clown does nothing but believe the garbage he spits... oh also called the office to get a follow up and they dont even know he was here to do an estimate, in fact 15 min after he left they called to sched an estimate.. this is a joke and circus of an organization .. bait and switch we need to talk to you before we give you a price .. what kind of BS is that .. stay away and stay far away from that clown chase."

"Signed a contract to replace half the roof for $5000 after assurance of no hidden cost and nominal cost for replacing some plywood. Due to rough weather the job was performed 3 weeks after signing. The roofer did not cover the roof with tarp and also spoke to Allstate who denied all my claims for damages. I was billed $1600 in addition to $5000. I have paid the $5000 but I deem the extra billing excessive. I was not informed of the cost for approval. I am willing to come to terms with the contractor and would like Angie’s list to review and work out a compromise. It also points to the level of service offered by the two contractors referred by your company. One bid for $2500 and precision roofing came in at $5000. I signed with Precision because of their assurances as an established company with a fixed cost. It has turned out not to be the case."
