"They installed a brand new cabinet under our secretary desk, and did a complete remodel of the kitchen cabinets (resurfacing) and new drawers and it was excellent. More over, after a year, we had an issue with a cabinet door screw coming out and they came out and fixed it under warranty. I want to say I not only value the great value we got from the kitchen remodel, but I respect and appreciate the great post-installation service and support. This is a company I want to do business with and I can recommend them to others with no reservations."

"I really liked the gentleman. He had changed the name of his service because he got a bad review from someone on Angie's List. He was great. He showed me his portfolio. He explained to me that it was miscommunication. The customer didn't fully understand what the arrangements were beforehand. I could understand if they didn't read the paperwork. He told me that I would have to have a plumber reconnect the sink after he was done. Somebody didn't realize that and they were really upset so they gave him a bad review. I was very pleased with the finished product but I had to stay on them. I would give them 3 stars. They said the process would take 3 days and it took a week so it took longer than anticipated. I am a perfectionist so I had to point out to them what I felt needed to be done to my standards. They could have easily let things go if I hadn't been so persnickety. What they did was great but they were going to leave a mess and I said no no. I was glad I was there."

"I have waited to give my review since it takes a long time to say that their quality is outstanding. It has been 10 years and my cabinets still look like they did when they were installed. I took photos right after the installation and I can say that Royal Cabinets makes a high quality product that will not fade or change over time. at the time I thought they were costly. but not anymore. they also provided some great advise on the glass doors for the plates and cups as well as how to better utilize the space in the corners and when to use roll out drawers. If they still have the same team, then go with them. 2 thumbs up. I can provide photos if needed."
