"Straight-line is an excellent painting contractor. They are very meticulous and thorough and their quality of work is outstanding. They did the entire exterior of our home and it looks like a new home. The exterior wood trim was in poor condition and they did the needed sanding and other preparation prior to applying several coats. They also did some very custom painting on 6 outdoor pillar lamps with which we are very satisfied. We also had them do some interior painting and they were albe to match all of the needed colors and provided excellent input on the finish that would be best for the various surfaces. "Saul and his team did an excellent job pressure washing, stucco patching and masking to being kind enough to re-paint the accent color because I didn't like the contrast of the color I picked. They sanded our roll up garage doors and after painting they looked like new! They were very thorough and cleaned up everything when they left. Unlike some reviews I have read of other painting companies they did not leave paint all over our concrete or grass. Each night they stored all their gear and supplies neatly. They only use top quality products and take real pride in their work. Would totally hire them again!"

"I highly recommended The Painting Company. They are the only company that offered trenching around my home and then applying Drylock so moisture does not soak into the stucco from the bottom up. I’ve looked at 5 other residences of my friends that live in my community that have had their homes painted for more money than I paid and in less than a year the bottom of their residences already have the paint chipping and peeling because the companies they used didn’t trench or apply Drylock. "This is updated review post is to correct grammatical errors in my prior post: Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as a painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted the stucco and wood trim on our entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on both the stucco walls and the wood wood fascia and eaves and I would not even considered touch up painting as necessary if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. Joe is hard working and honest and the quality of work he provides is "top notch" and proven by the lasting of time. "On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."
