Raul answered and we discussed a time on May 27th for the installation. I received a call back and something had come up and he asked if they, Raul and Luis could come by later that day. So they showed up promptly at the time discussed. Two hours later, they completed the installation, cleaned up their work space, and maintained their level of superior professionalism.
