This was our most ambitious project yet, as we wanted to maximize the existing space to create an entirely new master bathroom and walk-in closet. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly professional and stress free. Bill was especially dedicated in finding creative solutions to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted for our home. His attention to detail was one of the many impressive things about his work ethic. Not only did he deliver a stunning master bathroom, but he also successfully relocated our laundry room from the basement up to the second floor. He even managed to install new windows in our family room that had previously been windowless! On top of that, Dave has gone above and beyond by building out a beautiful mud room and redesigning our fireplace with a brand new mantel. He also put up an entirely new front porch with a roof - it’s become such an inviting entrance into our home now! Above all else, I have been thoroughly impressed by Bill and Dave's commitment to punctuality and neatness when it comes to their work site. Despite working on large projects like this one, they always take care in making sure everything is clean before leaving for the day - something that I definitely appreciate! "Repair man was nice enough, but when he found (eventually) a bad outlet (not a bad disposal after all) under the sink where disposal was powered, the replacement fee was ridiculous. Nonetheless, I had to replace it, or the new disposal wouldn't have been replaced. Kinda felt a little trapped. Ended up paying too much and throw out a perfectly good yet older disposal."

"David was great. We determined the source of the water leak was a seam at the back of my Bradford and White water heater (1 of 2). After discussing options to replace both water heaters and choosing a couple of add-ons (electric anode rods and a membership) we questioned whether or not the water heaters were still under warranty. David determined they are under warranty, so all previous decisions were revisited. David didn’t flinch and quickly determined how we could move forward, and provided me with a new quote (labor) and timing for the replacement. "Elite Design completed two projects. The company installed over 3500 sq ft of lvt flooring in a commercial space for my business. The project was completed in two days (weekend so not to interfere with business) with a full crew installing. Intricate cuts were required and the result was professional. The second project was crawl space insulation in my home’s crawls space. Again the crew worked steadily and completed the job in just a couple hours. They cleaned up when done and I was pleased with their professionalism. Highly recommend."
