The two main issues were lack of responsiveness (only at times, at other times they were quick to respond) and lack of clear responses at times. To note: our project was big, and cost $30k. We could've bid the job out to a bunch of different, way cheaper people for probably $15k. However, we thought it was worth it to have one expert level company do all the work and this ended up being true for us. It was worth it."
