He did the work required using a drop cloth or bucket to catch any shavings from the drilling he needed to do. "Brant came back the next day to my new home to put up the chain link fence. We worked together to eyeball if the fence line was straight. He picked up and returned to its place any materials that he used. He installed a curtain rod. He was meticulous in his work. Always asked "was this okay" and so forth. It was another hot and humid day and he again worked like a Trojan. No complaining about the heat and only 2-3 short breaks. He looks ahead to see how the project is moving along. I was impressed with his work ethic, his overall personality and his rates. His primary business is local moving but he is also a handyman. I will use him again to finish moving some left behind furniture and for some handman stuff. Anyone in Dickinson County, Michigan or Marinette County, Wisconsin who needs short haul moving or a handyman should call Brant. He was great. I couldn't have been more pleased. handyman stuff."

"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. Photos included are original kitchen and pass-through that was removed. Tear out was ugly, so here's an up- to-date pic from today."

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"I had ordered a night stand and he came in and put it together. he put two screws on the outside of the nightstand, making two big visible holes. He said he would fix it, he admitted to using the wrong screws. I paid for this, and it was his mistake, and my furniture. I told him I wasn't going to accept this. I got my money back from the night stand, and the assembly fee. The screws catch on both drawers, so they won't go in."

"They gave the best estimate, including 2 coats of paint even though I was not changing color. They could not do the work immediately but I didn't care. When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."

In the end, we decided not to repair the countertop and sink but replace it entirely. as the previous owner installed it and it no longer fit our decor.
