"Would not recommend. They cut and buried a sprinkler line (kinked the pipe and wrapped it in wire) next to a new patio project, and did not tell me. I told them ahead of time where itâ s was located. By not telling me if I hadnâ t noticed water could have been trapped during the winterization process and burst the lines. I tried contacting them by phone call, text, and messenger after realizing the issue to no response. Also a low spot in the patio by the house foundation is a concern. When I mentioned this to Elmer he said â nothing I can do now.â"

Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet.
