"Subcontractors were mostly good, but management of them was lacking. I had to personally supervise them because the on site contractor rarely stayed very long. Told the trim finish crew to leave because they did not know how to install crown molding. Got another crew that knew what they were doing. They never asked for periodic payments during the job (as is typical); presented one huge bill at the end. Holland homes builds nice homes, but I would not recommend them for small jobs like mine because you do not get the best crews and you have to wait for them to fit you into their schedule."

"When they initially came out to complete the work, they were punctual for the most of the time and they completed the work on schedule. They completed the job within a few days. The work that they did was not done correctly. The sheeting that they had put up the sides of the walls had fallen down. They did come back to correct it. However, we have had some other concerns and they have not returned our phone calls. The salesperson had told us that if we ever needed him, he would be responsive. Neither he nor the main office has returned our phone calls. The pipe that they installed causes the dining room window to get fogged up. We are concerned about the moisture that may be coming in from that."

"The one thing I really liked was that he works on the weekends so I didn't have to take time off from work. His crew was extremely professional and friendly. They were also very efficient. We had to delay painting the doors for a week due to weather, but he works with you to make it happen. I just reccommended him to our CEO for some work he needs to have done. <br />"
