"This man is amazing! I have never found anyone who has gone out of the way to help me as much as Tim. My family moved to a new home and ran into various unexpected problems while my wife was expecting a new child. Tim came and fixed the problem the first day, but then came back to help over and over when I had questions and problems on my old outdated system.
