I had a quote in a day and they scheduled our service a few days later. Removed a dead tree, shaved level a tree stump and pruned the other trees and shrubs. He listened to all of my concerns regarding our yard and made good suggestions and took the time to educate me on possible root causes and various options for correction. "I was able to meet with Michael a week or so after my initial call to the company. He came to my home to view the site and discuss the details of what I wanted to have done. I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11. In spite of their busy schedule, I was assured they could do it by then. Michael kept me informed about their plans to get started and arrived mid-week to review the details with his job foreman. The crew arrived at 7 am on Thurs July 6 to begin preparing the site, and worked 2 long days (in 99� heat) to have it completed Friday evening.
