"Last year Northland Fence installed a tan vinyl privacy fence for my 1 acre lot, replacing a rotted cedar fence that was falling down. I was really impressed by the post design as a means to anchor the fencing without future rotting issues, and it saved lots of installation time versus the older cement process. This was a huge fence, and they completed in two days of work, and the fence looks great! Fast forward one year later and strong winds this year have knocked over 6 x 30-foot trees from my neighbor's yard into my yard, damaging the fence in multiple places, bending posts and breaking side panels. Tim came by to perform the repair last week and the fence is completely restored to previous condition in about 2-3 hours of work. You could not tell that so much damage had occurred except for some cleaning that I need to do. While onsite, Tim also addressed some sag in installed fence doors with very well-built diagonal braces and adjusted the doors to being square. "I contacted Dave from a referral in early April. He returned my call almost immediately. We set up an appointment for consultation. He was right on time. Dave presented his product like a true professional. I called Dave back about a week later, and he came out (on time again) to install a temporary loop because the ground was still frozen, and spent quality time to teach me the proccess to train my dog. On Sunday the 29th, Dave came to my property to do the final install. Again very prompt, and on time. Over this time frame I had called Dave on a few occasions with questions regarding the training. He almost always answered his phone even at odd hours, and on weekends. If he didn't answer I got a call back almost immediately. Dave was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. "My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. "Brian was great to work with--my husband changed his mind many times and Brian always patiently gave us a new estimate. Work was completed quickly. The only thing that happened was that they gave us short notice on when the work was going to start, we let them know we still have to move a wood pile and would not have a chance to do that before they started and they moved out the date to make it work--very flexible.
