"Removed window to add sliding door to patio.  Which involved re-routing wiring, framing, stucco blending inside and out.  Removed bifold door to pantry replaced with hinged door. Added molding. "Brad came out to review the 2 areas of concern on our roof. He provided a very reasonable estimate and discussed how he would address one of the areas which was on a round room....not an easy fix.  He engineered a solution specifically for that section of fascia.  After he completed one section, he actually redid the work as he was not entirely happy with the appearance after the repair.  After the rework, you cannot even tell there was repair work done!  His solution for the rounded section of fascia worked perfectly and looks fantastic.  The quality of his work was outstanding. <br /> We plan to use Brad for future work at our house. <br />"
