A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"Michael Lyday was the technician and was very professional and courteous. He set a trap and returned the next morning to find a female raccoon. He also found she’d been nursing and captured two kits in the crawl space. He told me to tell him if I heard anymore sounds which I did when he returned the following day. He captured two more kits and told me to call him again if I heard any more sounds. There weren’t any more and I was impressed that he still called to follow up. I was completely satisfied with his humane methods of removing the animals from my property."

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
