The only rough patch came when a dust barrier was forgotten during the grinding of the cement slab, which led to cement dust everywhere. John saw this, and his team stayed longer to work with us to clean up. Additionally, John appreciated this feedback and has service has gained additional experience so that this won't happen again. I never expect perfection and know mistakes do happen. It was a breath of fresh air having a contractor who recognized what could be done better rather than being defensive.
