"DO NOT DO BUSINESS EITH THIS ORGANIZATION. They do not demonstrate honesty not integrity in dealing with customers. Bought a dishwasher with the "promise" that if it didn't work I would receive a full refund. Installed it, didn't work. The pump had frozen and broke the discharge valve. Uninstalled and returned on 1/14/2021. I was told that they had no cash on hand. Wrote me an IOU (carbon copy receipt that they retained) and said that someone would drop off my refund the next day.I made sure my address is written on the IOU. Nothing. Went to their location 3 TIMES, no money, someone will drop it off next day. Nothing. Called on 1/22/2021, again had to give my address and was promised that they would mail. Nothing. Called today 2/1/202, still not mailed and ask what my address (still written on the IOU) and asked that someone meet me at the Benzie County Sheriff's office to discuss fraud. Suddenly, they were interested in paying, but, still needed my address so they could mail. Gave 1 hour to drop off before I seek intervention. Finally dropped off the money. Do, if I hadn't forced the issue would they ever had paid? VERY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES. BUYER BEWARE. RECOMMEND AVOIDING THESE PEOPLE ALL TOGETHER. NO HONESTY, NO INTEGRITY IS VERY APPARENT."

Bill Sapp Completed his studies in Turf and Ornamentals at Rutgers University in the mid eighties and proceeded to have a wonderful career on various golf courses in Colorado , Arizona, and Maryland. He moved to Delaware to assist with caring for his aging grandmother, and started Green Lawns in 1996. Green Lawns has been providing quality lawn and landscape; maintenance, design and installation in Delaware ever since. We've got a nice little lawn care business. "I would have graded them 0 but it was not available. We signed up for pH treatment, aeration, and seeding in March. We told them this was prepping to sell our house and needed it done now. We prepaid and our credit card was charged March 3rd. They came out and did a Lyme treatment and were told they would be back in 2 weeks. My husband called after 3 weeks and was told they would check into it. I called customer service on April 10th and was told our account showed a fall treatment. She apologized for the error and said she would correct it and we should hear from the shortly to set a date. After not being contacted in 3 days, I called customer service again. I was told we were on a fall schedule.....I explained my prior call and was told the last person did not process the change correctly. I explained that if seeding had been done on time, the grass would be growing now. She said it would be 5 days processing time and 5 days to schedule. Long story short, my husband was contacted by the Harrington office and was told they are crediting our account because they don't have time to do it now. This is why I rate them a BIG Zero. They did refund my credit card."
