"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. "Needed a large hole patched where a dog destroyed and a spot in front of the bedroom floor, where another dog did some damage! They remove the matching carpet for the closet and fixed the repairs with no seems showing as well as put new carpet in the closet. They were above board and professional! Will definitely use them again!"
