However, I had trouble getting them to commit to coming back out to resolve this issue due to a heavy workload, so I called Wilson. The owner answered and was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. He admitted he was also very busy, but he promised someone would come out that evening. JR showed up that evening as promised. He quickly verified there was an issue (my well pump repeatedly came on every minute to so, even with no water being used in the house)...he proceeded to pull the pump from the well to see if the leak was coming from there. He immediately found the issue (a brass fitting was damaged due to the acid water). He replaced the part with a stainless steel fitting to prevent any further issues of this type. He then checked the system to ensure the issue has been fully resolved, which it had. JR is a character, and we exchanged several stories back and forth.
