"A good, solid roof from a good solid company! Cwanger has been an institution in the Cherry Hill area for generations. The company is being capably guided into the 21st century by Jeff Grimley, an associate and protege of the founding family. This is the second roof I have had done by this company, and I believe the third this home has had from Cwanger over the course of 60 years. (The former roof was due for replacement due to the age and appearance of the shingles, however it never leaked or needed repair--a testament to why I am loyal to this company.). Mr. Grimley is the only roofer I dealt with who had a confident, no-nonsense approach to our roofing needs. He guided us away from certain, more expensive options that we did not need, and towards the right roofing solutions for both longevity and proper roof ventilation. Cwangers was not the lowest estimate, but overall was a fair-market price for a company with a fine record and quality workmanship. The work crew also seemed very professional and satisfied in their endeavors. [I intentionally write this review several months after installation. "My roof was leaking and i needed someone to help me fix the leak so i got in contact with Local Construction.The technican Justin came at my house and went on top of the roof to see whats the problem.He took pictures of the problem and explained in details whats causing the leak.Justin was very honest and he suggested me to install a new roof because my roof was very old and a repair wouldnâ t fix that. Local Construction team came next day and finished installing the roof under one day. They were very professional and took their time to finish the job.
