"The thing that is interesting about Jim, he talks with you to go over options and gathers your ideas as well.  He doesn't just show up and work without knowing how you want things to be done.  He will spend time and problem solve with you.  The first time he showed up he called to tell me he would be ten minutes late after taking his kids to school in the snow.  How many contractors will call when they are only going to be ten minutes late?  The quality of his work is excellent, he is efficient with his time, and after being gone I pulled in the driveway and thought I was at the wrong house because it looked like a brand new home.  I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future, even for big projects."
