"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

However, despite their awareness of not having the correct mapping of our underground wires, they proceeded to cut three additional wires, resulting in a loss of internet service that affected our home for a significant period of time. The business demonstrated negligence by persisting with trenching despite being aware of incorrect markings and severing a wire leading to our property. Instead of rectifying the error and obtaining accurate mapping, they continued trenching unabated. Consequently, the severed wires disrupted our internet connectivity, leaving my husband unable to work for hours despite attempting to use a hotspot, which proved futile due to the computer's inability to connect. This disruption had a direct impact on my husband, who is a contractor and relies on a stable internet connection to carry out his work. As a consequence of this company's actions, he suffered a loss of income. I have reached out to the owner Scott Covert multiple times, and all he mentioned that my claim was comical and that we should have used a hotspot. Oh well!"
