I’ve worked in remodeling of courthouses in Texas which consisted of carpentry such as installing baseboards, cabinets, window trims, custom doors and other furniture. "Work was done in 2014. The siding had cracks replicating vertically at seams on parallel panels starting around 2021 and more Increased this year. Reaching the two years for further fix, warranty, and resolution and no response despite 20+ year product warranty and a workmanship guarantee from AMazing exteriors. Have contacted the offfice, repeatedly sent to warranty voicemail texted owner on his phone he answered until 2023, and emailed owner in repeat, and no call back or resolution the past two years. Reached a Facebook Chat and woman said she would Schedule A walk through on Monday, but no one has responded, reached out, and once again non action this week. Appauled. Two years is not decent to customer or for customer service, business integrity To a contract and warranty, extends no respect ignoring a ciatomer 2 years, and not even legal practice to not respond to warranty needed work. Work with a warranty responsibility. "

"Master mastic did a great job Mastic sealing around the pool and extended patio. They dug out all the old mastic, poured in the new and covered it with sand. Fast and neat. They do not offer a “come back and clean up the sand” option after the 2 day waiting period but my leaf blower made quick work of the job."

"Darren remodeled my home 2 years ago. I was very pleased when it was complete. It looked beautiful. He said it would take 4 - 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks. It ended up costing more because of things they uncovered (I think about $11K?). The craftsmanship has not withstood the test of time. 1) My wood floors keep bowing up - he came back out and fixed them once but won't return my texts now. 2) There is a section on lighting in my house that won't turn on. Again, he had someone come out and fix this once but won't return my messages now. 3) The fixtures in the bathroom are loose. I have a small ranch home and he almost completely remodeled it. While he did a good job in most places, it looks like I am going to have to replace my flooring which is throughout the entire house. Now I am going to have to have an electrician come out and get the lighting right and I am not sure exactly what to do about the loose fixtures but I am sure I will figure that out as well. Very poor service after the sale and craftsmanship does not stand the test of time."
