The repairs we had done were replacing siding that had come off during a wind storm, and repairing a leak we had on the roof (that a previous contractor had missed detecting). We had the roof estimated last year. We expected the revised estimate to be higher with the cost of building materials being higher, but Anthony honored the original estimate from a year ago. The color of the new shingles were matched perfectly to the original ones. On the siding repair, the entire wall was inspected and additional damaged siding was discovered, and replaced after a revised estimate was given by Anthony.
