"Alliance service pros came to our house to find out why nothing was flowing from our house into my septic tank. They found that the pipe from the house to the tank was failing due improper installation when the house was built. Alliance arrived at our house before the time frame they gave me. They were up front with every charge throughout the process of identifying the source of our problem. A second truck had to be called in with extra equipment and supplies. The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."

"On Friday, April 25th 2014 I was having a vinyl floor installed at my house in my kitchen.  I have a bi-level single family home so my kitchen is right above my family room.  The flooring installers, American Carpet South, were nailing down underlayment and put a nail through one of my water pipes.  I walked downstairs and heard dripping so I ran and shut off the water and the ceiling was soaking wet.  I immediately came to Angie's List to look for plumbers to call and saw the good reviews that EFD had so I called them and the owner, Ed, answered after a couple of rings, I frantically told him that I was looking for someone to come out that day and see what happened.  He said that he could be here within an hour or two and he held true to his word.  He came in, took a look at the ceiling and then started to remove small pieces until he could clearly see that a nail from the flooring installers went through the water pipe.  He waited at our house until his crew arrived and they fixed it within 20 minutes.  Everyone was very professional and the work was high quality.  I would certainly call them again the next time I have a plumbing issue and recommend them to anyone else.

They got the job done in about 5 hours. They left for a little bit to get all the tools they needed and brought back an assistant with him. They came back after hours to replace the garbage disposal."
