"The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."

"KSP Plumbing went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Kyle more highly. The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."

"We called EDF on a Monday monring and they came by a few hours later at 1pm (as agreed during our earlier conversation) to scope out the work and provide us with an estimate.  Upon agreeing to the estimate they scheduled to return at 8:15 on Thursday morning of the same week to complete the work.  They arrived at 8:15 on Thursday morning and finished the work a few hours later as they said they would when they arrived.  We were very satisfied with the quality and cost of the work.  They took the time to explain the cause of the problems and how they were going to correct it.  They also fixed several minor plumbing problems at no charge and also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.  All in all it was a good experience.
