"Started with effort to locate source of a small water leak in a small bathroom and shower next to our master bedroom that left water stains on the ceiling of finished space below. We contacted Scott Duneman to help determine the source and do necessary repairs. At a minimum we knew we must remove the old tile in the shower to determine if it was tile or a plumbing defect that needed to be addressed. We were impressed with his analysis of the issues and range of options he presented to just do the minimum amount of work or incorporate into a complete renovation of the entire bathroom.
