"Lots of positives: Excellent phone response from the office Estimator was on time, professional, personal, walked the roof, gave fair price (not the lowest nor the highest) Called to schedule and office phone lady was very helpful (discussed roofing materials, color of shingles, prep work needed) Crew and supervisor arrived on time as scheduled. Supervisor explained the job well. They did hit an air-conditioner line in the attic (not covered by roofing company) and the supervisor was very helpful in addressing the issue Supervisor was out each day of the job (despite his own family medical emergency that came up). Foreman on the job (Jorge) was very courteous and professional. His crew cleaned up each day Upon completion of the job, supervisor went over the warranties and what to do and not do with the new roof. Great job overall and would recommend them. Only Negative: Job was supposed to take two days (supervisor said the crew would work until it was dark). On day one the crew left at 5PM (still lots of daylight left). Day 2 crew left for lunch and came back and left due to "chance of thunderstorm". Called supervisor and he said he would look into it. Heard nothing back. As they drove away I looked at my IPhone weather and it said "cloudy" and no chance of rain until after 6PM. Did not rain until 8PM. Pushed job back extra days. Bit disappointing Despite this I would still HIGHLY recommend them."

"They came out on Monday, a little later than promised and went right to work. They had the old roof off in two days, cleaned up afterwards and hauled all the old shingles away. As they were removing the old roof, it was discovered that one of the eaves had some rotten wood and they repaired it and gave me a good price for the repair. I am very pleased with the quality of work performed. They even cleaned all of the gutters for me."
