"We had a great experience with Muth & Company Roofing for our roof replacement project. Our sales contact was Kelly, He was excellent to work with all the way through the process. Regarding the demo, the crew took great care to protect my house and property while removing the old roof. They made sure all old materials went into the dumpster as soon they were removed from the house. I was impressed with the install crew too: Right tool for the right job by using a crane to lift the new materials onto my roof VS running them all up manually. They were very efficient and worked in pairs as they put on the new roof. Job was completed in one long day which impressed me as i thought for sure it would take more than a day to complete. The GAF Timberline UHDZ shingle with the extra shadow line is a huge improvement from my old shingle. Really makes my house pop. We love the improved curb appeal of our house with the new roof. The crew made sure to clean up before the project was completed and Brian our project manager even did touch up painting for me. Hard to tell they were even here! Overall, clearly a 5 star performance!"

"Lyndon is a fantastic gentleman! I had concerns my roof might be wind damaged and wanted a second opinion. Lyndon was able to schedule a visit quickly, and went up on both stories of the roof with me and pointed items out to that needed minor repair. However, Lyndon told me that my roof was in great condition for its age, and it would not need replaced anytime soon. "Company VP, Troy Ware, came to our home within days of my call. Other companies I contacted (a week before Thanksgiving), couldn't come out until the last week of November 2017. After Mr. Ware inspected the roof, he agreed that we had identified the area of the leak. He even applied some roofing patch materials and didn't charge us. As we suspected prior to my call, the shingles (over 15 years old) and decking (still the original 3/8 in plywood installed when the house was build in 1976), needed to be replaced. Even though the weather in mid November was consistently in the mid to upper 40's, he recommended that we wait until Spring 2018. Before Mr. Ware left, he provided us an estimate, which included the cost for the installation of new skylights. There was no pressure, and we were not asked to pay anything up front. As long as we signed the contract prior to year end, we would still get the price in the coming year. After we meet with other roofing companies, we realized that the Mike's Roofing estimate appeared to provide the quality we wanted at a reasonable price. Following our acceptance of its proposal, Mr. Ware drove again to our home in Dublin from Prospect to drop off shingle samples for our consideration. After we get the roof done in 2018, we will update this review of submit one regarding the workmanship of the install."

"I called James at 6:30 AM to request he fix a dislodged gutter that was banging against the side of my house. He told me my house was on his way to other appointments he had for the day and he could come before those appointments. He arrived shortly after 8:00 AM and reattached the gutter with better than original hangers. He finished the job in less than 30 minutes. He also advised me about a potential trouble spot on my roof and told me what to look for. He will be my first call for any roofing issues in the future."
