"We had high expectations of quality, simply from Dan’s efficient, detailed quote, along with verbal, email and texts communications, and followup brochures. Matt and Bill kept in constant contact for scheduling and measuring. We had to postpone due to rains and high winds a couple of times, but the crew actually rescheduled for Memorial Day as the weather broke. Rick’s four-man crew arrived at 9:00 sharp, introduced everyone, and immediately remeasured every window, checking against the new ones in the truck, and then staged them all inside. Six hours later they had torn out, replaced, loaded our old sashes and frames into their box truck, and completely caulked 15 of the 26 windows. Arriving early the next morning, they immediately had three windows out in our front room, and seven hours later were completely cleaned up, with every piece of exterior trim custom cut, installed and perfectly caulked. Clean up inside and out was immaculate. They were as efficient, polite, well mannered, conversational and conscientious crew that we’ve had in our house. Dan and his Zen Windows TEAM is FIVE STAR. "I reached out to Mike at the advice of a colleague of his. He was very responsive and ordered my original request for windows. He had his crew install my double window for my main bedroom. They came in did the work, and were fast. It corrected a major wind draft and made the inside/outside much better. After that I had them come in and replace my 3 panel sliding back door. This  took them a long time. First order was incorrect and they had to reorder the door. The came back with the correct one a few weeks later and installed it. I had quite a few issues and they had a tough install. I had a bow in the frame they had to over come. Than due to the way the original door was installed, the j-channel screws had pieced under the siding. We had several down pours and flooded my hardwood. I was quick to catch it, and it did no damage. It happened 3 times, each time they came out and tried to find it. The 3rd time is where they found the holes from the Screws the J-channel had. I wish we had caught it sooner, but the point was they kept coming back to make it right.  I still need some caulking work done on the top, but i just have not had time to address.
I finally reached back out to Mike again to get the last window I need. I gave him the go, and he has since ordered it. I would use them again in the future.

"The entire process went incredibly well. I reached out to 5 of the highest-rated (per Angie's List) Owens Corning's Preferred Platinum Contractors. Jason (Bradford Xteriors' Owner) was the first to call me back and arrange a visit for a quote. (There were several I didn't hear back from at all.) Bradford Xteriors Inc. installed a new Owens Corning Flex shingles (hail-proof). The crew was already trained on the new product. The crew showed up on time, answered any questions I had and did a great job minimizing any mess during the project and cleaning the yard afterwards. During installation, Jason stopped in to make sure everything was progressing well. Afterwards, a quality assurance member came to survey the work done. Additionally, they replaced my gutters as well. Jason took care of working things out with my insurance company, as well. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their quality, care and the results!"

"My daughter knew of my terrible experience with my prior company and she had just gotten a new wireless system from 1st Security. She could not stop raving about how wonderful they were and how awesome the system was compared to her old one. OMG, I am sooo happy that she insisted that I have Jeremy from 1st Security come do a presentation and an assessment of my security needs. He was on time, friendly, professional and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Jeremy explained the 1st Security wireless system, showed me samples of the state of the art equipment , how easily it operated and then surveyed my house to determine the most comprehensive protection options for me. Jeremy scheduled the installation and sent me all of the paperwork via email to docusign. I could not wait! In a couple of days , Larry, the master technical installer appeared at my door very early. He greeted me with a smile and immediately showed me each piece of equipment ,and where he was going to install them. He did this very quickly, despite having to climb over furniture and enter tight spaces to place the contacts. I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"
