Their main guy for this if I recall his name was Pat, and took multiple attempts trying to reach him directly and leaving messages at the office number in order to get him. Once we did get a date setup he was great to work with and polite. Install date was set and the team arrived on time and did a great job and the fence looks incredible. The only other slight hiccup was that the post toppers order got lost in the mail in their initial shipment so we had to wait a couple extra weeks before those got put on but once they were it turned out perfect."

"He was very impressive. He was very professionally dressed. He said they needed to redo base and the interior and relay. They are all ICPI certified installers. They would pull up the patio and get rid of the sand. They would check the gravel base. He said they would use polymeric sand within the base of the relayed brick because it hardens like concrete and roots can't grow through the pavers. Maintenance every 3 years. He would power wash the patio, remove the old sand, and put down  more polymeric sand, wet it down, and sweep. He said he would put soldier brick along the outside of the brick. They pay close attention to detail. He said it would be done in 2 and a half to 3 days. 35 dollars per guy per hour and two year warranty on the work. He would have a estimate by wednesday which he did. He had ideas for the water feature and fire pit. He sent me a thank you card saying thank you for allowing me to come out and give you and estimate. It had a full folder thing that looked professional with information on his company. He called back 6 days later asking when he could come back out and then he called back again. I had a hard time telling him no. He was just so nice and professional. He didn't do the job but I was very impressed. It was a little expensive. He does landscaping and lawncare."
