Gary and his assistant arrived on time and got right to work. Over the course of several days I observed that Gary and Forrest were detail oriented, didn't take shortcuts, and we're very concerned with doing things correctly and well. On the first day, I added to the scope of work and Gary easily agreed to the additional work and got me an estimate for the new work. "I sent a request for estimation on Sunday afternoon, they called within half an hour and scheduled time for Monday morning to visit our location and give us an estimate. Their technician gave us all our options, including re-plumbing the entire bathroom or just fix the two small CPVC-Copper connection leaks.
